    This Packer 3S Better Packages Inc. antique 1953 vintage industrial adhesive sealing tape dispenser for packing is the old one that has the brush in the front under the PACKER metal lid, meant for the paper tape with the dry adhesive on the tape which the water activates as the tape is pulled through. In good vintage condition. Only did a brief cleaning so there is still some dirt/dust and could use a more thorough cleaning. Measures 14 in long x 6 in tall x 4 in wide.
