This floor machine has batteries and works, however, we do not guarantee the integrity of the batteries because we haven't used the machine, only tested the functions to make sure they work.  It has a pad driver.  It has an on board charger.  This is well used and may need a little tlc to be in top shape, but is useable as it is.
