    The discs are repairable if without cracks, foil or label damage, the playing side of the disc will look like new after the repair. Our Flat Technology Repair restores the laser reading side to near perfect refractive index, sometimes making it even better than new.
    Blu-ray DVDs, PS3 & PS4, Wii-U and XBOX ONE deep scratches may not be repairable, no technology can repair such a damage on such discs.

    What Results to Expect:

    These discs have a soft deep plastic layer that are easy to scratch & easy to repair.
    * Light scratches will look Like New
    * Medium scratches will look Like New or less visible
    * Deep scratches will be visible, but most likely playable
    Repairs on Blu-Ray, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Wii U.
    These discs have a hard thin plastic layer & they rarely scratch, if deeply scratched, is normally ruined. If this disc type doesn't play, it means cannot be fixed.
    * Light scratches that still play will look like new or be less visible
    * Medium scratches cannot be repaired, by any repair company
    * Deep scratches cannot be repaired, by any repair company
    DUAL LAYER/ DOUBLE SIDED DISCS:
    Our Professional Repair service does not "erase"
    the inner circle label

    Most repair companies does not have the proper equipment to handle these kind of discs. We have all the latest and best technology to insure your inner labels remains intact and so you can read which side of the disc is "Standard" and "Widescreen" after the repair.
    Instructions for Packing & Shipping

    IMPORTANT
    : Just follow exactly the easy steps below to avoid long delays in processing your order, extra costs or lost discs.
    STEP 1
    :
    Once you have paid for your order,
    print two copies
    . One for your records, and
    one to include with your discs
    .
    STEP 2
    :
    You are sending
    GAMECUBE DISCS
    STEP3:
    Take the time to secure groups of discs separately. You can use rubber bands, a protective spindle “cake box", zip lock bags, saran wrap, bubble wrap, protective disc paper sleeves/envelopes or anything that will keep them separated and secure.
    IMPORTANT
    : Do NOT send discs in its original jewel cases. Any discs received in a original jewel case will be returned unrepaired.
    STEP4:
    IMPORTANT:
    PLACE A COPY OF YOUR PRINTED ORDER IN THE BOX WITH YOUR DISCS - THIS IS A CRITICAL STEP.
    Pack your grouped discs in a good quality box TIGHTLY with paper, bubble wrap. DO NOT use styrofoam popcorn. It does not provide adequate protection, the discs will shift during moving, pack them tighter. Shake box to make sure there are no moving parts.

    Please, use a reliable service that guarantees delivery with tracking number such as UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS which offer Flat Rate Priority Boxes for larger amount of discs. Additional insurance will protect your package for its proper value.
    What to expect:
    We scrutinize every single disc after repair to make sure they are up to our standards to flawless like new condition. Some discs may not be repairable, but still we'll make all efforts to bring those discs to a peak performance like before they got damaged. Our success rate is almost 100%.
    Disc Repair service is completed within 2-3 days of receiving it, but this depends on the quantity. Discs will be secured by cakebox or protective paper sleeves, depending on qty. A tracking number will be provided when we ship items back to you.
